Pup-kin Spice Latte
A dog-friendly pumpkin spice latte... because your pooch deserves to partake in the best basic fall food tradition too.
Serves 1 (serving size: 1 drink)
Ingredients
2/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
1 tablespoon canned pumpkin
1 teaspoon honey
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, divided
1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
Whipped cream (optional)
Preparation
Combine coconut milk, pumpkin, honey, and a pinch of the cinnamon in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium, whisking constantly. Pour apple juice in a mug or bowl, and add warm coconut milk mixture. Top with whipped cream, if desired, and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.
