Thanksgiving is just around the corner and I couldn't be more excited. So much deliberation goes into the big meal every year - how to cook the turkey, what sides to make (all of them), and how many pies to crank out. When the actual meal rolls around I let my excitement get the better of me and eat WAY too much. It's customary and I don't see it getting better anytime soon. The only thing I regret is not leaving room for dessert.

These ridiculously adorable pumpkin pie turkeys are the perfect thing if you, like me, don't save room for dessert. They're basically two bites! Two bites of delicious pumpkin pie, topped with peanut butter and chocolate!

You too can make these little cuties, even if you wouldn't consider yourself a Martha Stewart type! Starting with a whole pumpkin pie, use a biscuit cutter to cut little rounds of pie. What about the scraps, you ask? I suggest a leftover pie milkshake. Next, decorate your pie rounds with a Reese's cup head, candy eyes, a Reese's piece nose, and some colorful candy corn tail feathers. Easy as … well, pie!
