Pumped-Up Smoothie

Yields: Makes 2 servings (serving size: 1 cup)

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana

  • 1 small orange, peeled and segmented

  • 1 ice cubes

  • 1 raw pumpkin seeds

  • 1 agave nectar

  • 2 ground flaxseed

  • 2 hemp oil

  • 1/8 ground cloves

  • Hemp seeds and additional pumpkin seeds for garnish (optional)

Directions
