Public invited to view district student art show

Apr. 23—SELINSGROVE — The annual art show in Selinsgrove Area School District will be open to the public Thursday evening.

Artwork created by students in kindergarten through grade 12 classrooms led by art teachers Cristi Beeler, Kaitlyn Burns, Michael Smith and Lindsey McAnnaney will be on display from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the high school library. There is a separate senior exhibit.

Induction of members into the National Arts Honor Society will be held at 7 p.m.

Visitors to the art show will be invited to work on a mural that will be installed on the Regional Engagement Center at 429 Eighth St. in Selinsgrove later this spring.
