It’s official: Harry Styles has shaved his hair off and we've got the hard launch to prove it

Babe, wake up: a new picture (following the OG conspiracy snap and video) of Harry Styles just dropped! But it's not what you think (read: he's sans-luscious locks)... Yep, that's right – the singer has officially chopped all of his hair off in favour of an extra short buzzcut.

And to make things even worse (or is it better, IDEK), fans are conspiring that Hazza's new look comes in response to Taylor Swift's newly-released lyrics from 1989. Baffled? Yeah, us too.

But before we get into the picture evidence (that, in itself is very confusing), the T-Swift song in question is "Now That We Don't Talk," a vault track from 1989 (Taylor's Version), which is believed to be about Harry. Read the lyrics in question below:

"You grew your hair long / You got new icons /And from the outside / It looks like you're tryin' lives on / I miss the old ways / You didn't have to change / But I guess I don't have a say / Now that we don't talk."

So basically, through the medium of song, Taylor makes it clear she is not here for Harry's long hair. Side-eye.

And now, in honour of the upcoming release of his beauty brand, Pleasing's fragrances, Harry debuted said new haircut in an interview with Vogue. The publication shared the picture on their Instagram page which, in less than 24 hours, has amassed almost half a million likes.

*Gently weeps*

Prior to this official hard launch (if you will), X (formerly known as Twitter) had been speculating whether or not the One Direction alum shaved his head. The rumour started with a seemingly blurry photo of someone who might have been – and definitely looked a lot like – Harry, followed by a video that surfaced soon after.

In the clip acquired by TMZ, Harry and his girlfriend Taylor Russell were in attendance at U2's Las Vegas Sphere concert and clearly, he was sporting the fresh new look.

Not only did Harry's buzzcut have us screamin', cryin', throwin' up, but so did the pair's adorable relationship. Not to mention the reactions on X, too. Read a select few of our faves below:
