TikTok star Olly (@otakoyakisoba) shares lots of videos of his mom, affectionately known to fans as Mama Lulu. In this video, Mama Lulu shows her ultimate allyship for the LGBTQ+ community when she comes home stocked with various rainbow-themed accessories and items for her son. Lulu insists that she “support[s] the LGBTQ and all the other alphabets” as she tries to hand her son some rainbow pool floaties, a cup, and paper plates that say “#takepride”. “This is for you,” she says to Olly, who is openly gay, as she offers him all her purchases, while rocking an “Ally” t-shirt. When Olly says, laughing, “There’s such a thing as a little too much,” Mama Lulu stands her ground, insisting that she didn’t even buy that many things. The video has 6 million views and counting, and viewers are obsessed with Mama Lulu’s unapologetic love for the LGBTQ+ community. One user wrote, “I love your mom! Please give her a hug for me”. Another TikToker defended Mama Lulu’s dedication to Pride Month, writing, “there’s no such thing as too much. She is awesome”
