WATCH: The Property Brothers Say These Are the Two Worst Colors to Paint Your Walls

Does your home have these shades on display?

Considering a major home renovation? Selling your digs? Simply looking to upgrade the living room wall paint? The Property Brothers have some thoughts for you when it comes to paint colors.

On a recent episode, dubbed "Condo Dreams," of HGTV's Property Brothers: Buying and Selling, Drew and Jonathan Scott are not pleased when they see two colors gracing the walls in the client Roseanne's home, as Realtor.com originally reported: Red and yellow.

"Yellow walls don't really sell these days," Jonathan quipped on the show, implying that Roseanne could likely fetch a better selling price if she repainted her walls a different hue.

Perhaps an even worse offender than yellow, however, is red: At one point in the episode Jonathan warns that they have to "get rid of that angry '90s red wall." While red walls may have worked for Mr. Big in Sex and the City or in that historic 19th century home tour you took, it's likely not doing much for your decor, or home resale value.

So as much as we love ketchup-and-mustard on a bun, it's time to ditch these two colors when it comes to sprucing up your humble abode.
