The Property Brothers' Home Line Made More Money Than The GDP of Some Countries
It's hard to turn on HGTV without seeing Jonathan and Drew Scott. The twins may be known for their hit show, Property Brothers, which has spawned all kinds of spin-offs: Brother Vs. Brother, Property Brothers At Home, Brothers Take On New Orleans, plus another coming in May just to name a few. But that's only the beginning of their empire.
The two have such a cult following they launched a 13-city tour, sharing stories about their lives in front of thousands of fans, have written two hit books (plus a children's book), launched their own design platform Casaza, and are even getting their own sitcom on Fox...the list is really endless.
Anyone else like the idea of warm winter weather :-) #SailingWithTheScotts @jdanielzapata

Naturally, this might make you wonder: How much do those guys make?! That's a secret they haven't divulged, though the duo's net worth is estimated at a whopping $20 million, according to CelebrityNetWorth.com. That puts them at anywhere from two to four times as wealthy as fellow HGTV stars Chip and Joanna Gaines. And Chip and Jojo have basically turned Waco, Texas, into a Disneyland for shiplap obsessives!
Naturally, you may be wondering...
How Are Drew and Jonathan Scott Worth $20 Million?!
A big part of that likely comes from the businesses that aren't as flashy. The Scotts' home furnishing line, Scott Living, broke a half-billion dollars in sales in 2018, Entrepreneur reported. Then there's Dream Homes by Scott Living, which focuses on building and selling one-of-a-kind luxury homes-the key word being "luxury."
"At least once a week I have a major athlete or CEO from a Fortune 500 company reaching out and saying that they want us to design a home," Jonathan told Forbes. Those projects are the opposite of their hit TV shows, where often, the only limit is their own imagination, not budget. "If somebody wants a helipad, a 20-car garage, or a million-dollar theater room - that’s the kind of stuff we do. Nothing is off-limits."
So is their earning potential, it seems.
