If you're Hannah Waddingham, your life moves at the speed of light. From stealing scenes on fan-favorite shows like Ted Lasso and Game of Thrones to hosting music shows like her very own holiday special and working on blockbuster movies, the British actress has a jam-packed schedule.

But despite her business, she still manages to carve out a little time for herself every day. One of those moments is tea time, which is forever associated with Waddingham thanks to the recurring "biscuits with the boss" storyline in Ted Lasso. We recently quizzed her about all things tea—and cookies—when we sat down to discuss her "Have a Little Taste" campaign with iconic cookie brand Pepperidge Farm.

"The Pepperidge Farm brand is a lot like me. They believe that great taste is found in the details. With Pepperidge Farm, that comes to life through thoughtfully crafted baked goods that make every snacking experience feel top shelf," she says. When we asked her about her daily snack routine, Waddingham was armed and ready to give us a very detailed walk-through.

When her daughter comes home from school, Waddingham will have some double dark chocolate Milanos for herself and milk chocolate Milanos for her daughter. In true biscuits with the boss fashion, tea is her go-to drink. And as a Brit, she is very particular about how she makes—and takes—her tea.

"I get the kettle boiling then the water goes into the cup with the teabag. Then I'm leaving it to steep for 2 minutes," she tells Parade. After steeping, she squeezes the teabag to get every last drop of tea out. Whether or not she adds milk to her tea depends on the time of the day. "I might have like an Earl Grey without milk in the morning and then in the afternoon, a lovely Earl Grey tea with some milk in it," she says.

For cookie pairings, though Waddingham loves the classics like Milano and Chessmen Butter Cookies, she let Parade in on her new favorite Pepperidge Farm cookie: the limited-edition Milano London Fog. Featuring a taste of Earl Grey tea, creamy milk chocolate and a hint of vanilla sandwiched between two biscuits (uh, cookies), the new sweet brings tea and cookies together in one treat. Waddingham likes to pair the "cheeky little London Fog" cookie with a cup of decaf Earl Grey tea after she puts her daughter to bed.
