Pro Rider's "Dream Build" Track Has Everything You Could Ever Want

In 2022, Brook MacDonald made what might just be the ultimate downhill track in Nelson, New Zealand. It features jumps, tech, high speeds, and a seemingly endless descent.

Watch MacDonald’s POV of a full pull down the amazing track below.

Brook MacDonald, or Bulldog as he is known, is a downhill racer from New Zealand. In 2019, he broke his back at Mont-Sainte-Anne in a gruesome crash. Some said he would not be able to race again.

Bulldog proved the doubters wrong and stormed back onto the scene. Though he has not gotten a top 10 since his injury, he is a consistent threat for the top 20.

For the dream track, MacDonald collaborated with Remy Morton on the project, and they wanted to take it in a unique direction. Morton told Red Bull, “A lot of people in downhill say the old-school tracks are best - when it’s left raw and untouched. But sometimes the more you work the land, the cooler it gets. Having a digger go down the whole track in such a new-school fashion creates a whole new style of riding.”

It only seems like a matter of time before Hardline expands to New Zealand!
