This Pro Has A 75' Gap Jump At His House

Many people dream about owning property big enough to put mountain bike features on. However, just about no one would put a 75-foot gap jump in their backyard.

No one save for Matt MacDuff, that is. Watch Sam Reynolds session Matt’s gargantuan gap below.

Matt and Sam are freeriders and old friends who work together on the Fest Series. Both are incredibly gifted both on the bike and in the excavator.

This past August, Reynolds made the trip from The UK to come to visit MacDuff’s property. As you can tell, it did not disappoint. The pair session the airbag and then hit the large jump line.

The backyard compound has been a project of Matt’s this year. You can watch this very ramp get built below.

It appears that this jump will need some tweaking. Even with top speed, and aerodynamic position, Matt still cased the jump hard enough to break his headset.

The pair discussed the reality that the gap might be too big with the current lip. Thankfully, he has the excavator there and can tweak it at his leisure without a large rental fee.
