Priyanka Chopra Wasn’t By Nick Jonas’s Side at the MTV Movie & TV Awards

We expect a lot from our favorite celebrities, don’t we? On red carpets, we criticize the looks they work so hard to deliver. On social media, we expect them to advocate for smart social causes. And when it comes to their love life, we want it to be perfect.

So where was Priyanka Chopra at the 2018 MTV Movie and TV Awards? By now, we all know she and Nick Jonas are a certified thing, but the Quantico actress wasn’t by her man’s side at the awards show in L.A., where Jonas was nominated for Best On-Screen Team for Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and also hit the stage to perform with Mustard.

On the carpet, Jonas (as usual) looked cute and dapper in an all-black Saint Laurent look which included black Chelsea boots, jeans, a printed shirt, and a sleek leather jacket. That’s probably what Chopra likes, right?

From the looks of her Instagram, it appears she must have been busy. Over the weekend, she celebrated her mom’s birthday on social media and shared a few glowing selfies from Beverly Hills with her fam. Perhaps she caught up with Jonas at the after-party?

Reports of Jonas and Chopra’s new relationship first made headlines in May, and since, they’ve flirted with each other on Instagram, made a joint airport appearance, and even attended a wedding together.
