Priyanka Chopra was seemingly inspired by Kim Kardashian and had her very own Marilyn Monroe moment when she appeared as a guest on The View in New York on Monday, May 8th, wearing a head-turning white halter-neck dress that gave us serious Seven Year Itch vibes.

The 40-year-old Love Again actress had a mini photoshoot on the streets of the Big Apple, and showed off her stunning Proenza Schouler matte crepe twist back plunging maxi dress, which hails from the brand’s Pre-Fall 2023 collection, in more detail.

We love how the dress was backless too, making it just as sexy from the back as it was at the front! Stylist Rebecca Corbin-Murray – who was also behind *that* powder blue Nina Ricci dress for the New York premiere of Love Again – can do no wrong at the moment!

Priyanka's accessories were on point too, as she finished off her summer-ready dress with some Hollywood diva style white oversized sunglasses, gold hoop earrings, and white pointed toe Pīferi boots. The Citadel star's hair was styled by Danielle Priano and worn in a sleek down do with soft curls at the ends, while her makeup, which was the fine work of Yumi Mori, was soft and glowing, featuring nude pink lips and rosy pink cheeks.

Priyanka and The View ladies discussed a lot of things on the show, including the Amazon Prime show Citadel, her Love Again premiere look (and an embarrassing incident on the red carpet that we had no idea about!) and how having daughter Malti has made her slow down and reprioritize things.

"I was really grateful that she happened to me at a time where I had the ability to put a pin in it," Priyanka confessed. "Not everyone has the ability to say 'hey, I won't go to work,' or take a year off, but I did, I took a year off." She then joked, "And I'm someone who’s done like four movies a year because I'm just greedy; I don’t want anyone else to do the job just in case I don’t get it again," adding, "I still have that energy, but when she came it was like there's nothing else that matters."

"She's like my honing signal," she continued, adding, "wherever in the world I go, I have to come home. She's with me everywhere, she's in New York right now with me which means my mother is schlepped everywhere with me." She went on to say that she is grateful to her mother and mother in law for allowing her and husband Nick Jonas, 30, to work, as they know their daughter is in safe hands, adding: "Me and my husband have so much support to be able to do our jobs, and my grandmother did that for me. My mom was a working mom and my grandmother took care of us."
