Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas just revealed that they welcomed their first child together, a secret that they managed to keep for a full 9 months without anyone leaking it. But now that the happy news is out, sources are weighing in on what these two have been up to as they prepare for parenthood.

According to an ~insider~ who spoke to People, Priyanka and Nick have been renovating a mansion in Encino to accommodate their growing family. “When they bought the house together, they had children in mind,” the source said. “They were hoping to have kids and needed a place with a lot of outdoor space and greenery.”

The $20 million property is the most expensive home sold in the neighborhood, and the source said that they “spent months renovating the house” after they moved in because they “wanted to make it more family-friendly.”

As a reminder, Priyanka and Nick announced news that they’d had a baby on Instagram, writing, “We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family. Thank you so much.”
