While most of us are familiar with the classic Pringles flavors (Original, Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, etc.), there was once a time in which Bacon Pringles were a part of the mix. That is, until they were taken off shelves about five years ago (according to ChewBoom)...

Thankfully, the chip company has teamed up with Dollar General to bring these suckers back, and customers are pumped! Notable snack account @junkfoodmom took to Instagram to celebrate the return of the old-school flavor, in addition to a revamp of the Mac 'N Cheese Pringles, which were only around for Thanksgiving of 2017. She noted that while the Bacon crisps are "sweet and slightly smokey," the Mac N' Cheese crisps "easily passes as a very cheddary bowl of macaroni and cheese." And so being the genius that she is, @junkfoodmom noted that obviously these two should be eaten together because "of course—once you stack ‘em," you get "bacon topped Mac’n Cheese." And that's delicious. Duh.

Lastly, she noted that the two limited edition flavors will only be available from late July to August. Honestly, this feels kind of like Pringles is playing with our hearts. Only at Dollar General (in-store) and only available for a month? I mean, honestly, we're still super grateful, but what's the motivation for such a brief promotion? Dear Pringles, if you're convinced that we're not absolutely in love with every single one of your chips, please know that you are sorely mistaken. Snacking wouldn't be the same without you. ❤️
