Princess Eugenie Wore a Forest Green Cape Dress to Kate Middleton's Holiday Carol Service

Princess Eugenie offered up some winter style inspiration today at Duchess Kate's first-ever community carol service at Westminster Abbey.

Arriving at the abbey with her husband, Jack Brooksbank, the royal looked elegant in a forest green mini cape dress with four gold buttons, layered with a black long-sleeved turtleneck and black tights. She kept her accessories classic with a pair of black knee-high slouch boots and a small black clutch.

The event, titled Royal Carols: Together At Christmas, will be broadcast live on television. Kensington Palace has previously described it as a way to honor "the incredible work of individuals and organisations across the nation who have stepped up to support their communities through the pandemic."

Other members of the royal family attending Duchess Kate's carol service include Prince William; Sophie, Countess of Wessex; Zara and Mike Tindall; and Eugenie's sister Princess Beatrice along with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. The Duchess of Cambridge's family is also in attendance, including her mom Carole Middleton and her brother James Middleton and his wife, Alizée Thevenet.

The concert, which is supported by The Royal Foundation, will feature Westminster Abbey's world-renowned choir singing Christmas carols, as well as readings and musical performances from a variety of guests that encompass people of all faiths. The event was developed in partnership with Westminster Abbey and BBC Studios Events Productions, and will be broadcast by ITV as part of a special December program later this month.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's Instagram account shared a glimpse of the festivities.

"We will be reflecting on the extraordinary challenges we have faced in recent times and celebrating the acts of kindness that we have witnessed across the nation as communities pulled together to help each other and protect those in need," the caption reads.
