Princess Eugenie at the Commonwealth Youth Forum
It's a busy week for the royal family, as the U.K. hosts Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. This morning, two of the House of Windsor's younger members, Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie, are attending a reception for the Commonwealth Youth Forum. Harry's fiancée Meghan Markle is in attendance as well.
For the event, Princess Eugenie opted to wear a dark floral dress from Whistles, knee-high suede boots, and of course, her new hairstyle. Instead of a clutch, she appears to have carried an iPad into the event.

It's only fitting that Eugenie is at the event with both her cousin Harry and Meghan Markle. Markle and Eugenie are reportedly becoming good friends. According to Andrew Morton's new biography, Meghan: A Hollywood Princess, they've bonded "over a shared love of art, dogs and late-night macaroni suppers."
Perhaps the two brides-to-be are also bonding over wedding planning at Windsor Castle. Markle will tie the knot there next month, while Eugenie's wedding is in October.
