Even royals aren't immune to a memory lapse. When Princess Eugenie posted about her parents' 33rd wedding anniversary a day late, she acknowledged as much.

"Who else has ever forgotten to congratulate their parents on their wedding anniversary!" she wrote. "I'm a day late but I wanted to celebrate my parents getting married 33 years ago... Thank you for always being the best of friends and bringing us up together."

Eugenie shared two photos of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson's nuptials, one in black-and-white and one in color. In both, the young couple is beaming.

Not every child of divorced parents would still be celebrating their anniversary, but Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson have managed to stay remarkably close, even after their marriage ended. Sarah has said that she's "divorced to" Andrew, rather than divorced from him.

"Although we are not a couple, we really believe in each other," Sarah told the Daily Mail in 2018. "The Yorks are a united family. We’ve shown it. You saw it at the wedding. My duty is to him. I am so proud of him. I stand by him and always will. The way we are is our fairytale."

Vanity Fair reports that Sarah will even be joining the royals at Balmoral Castle, a residence in the Scottish Highlands where the family vacations at the end of the summer. "Sarah wasn’t invited for years after she and Prince Andrew separated but she’s back on the invited list," a source told the publication. "She has gone the last couple of years, but she’s not there when the Duke [of Edinburgh] is in residence."
