Since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry welcomed their first child, son Archie, the world has been excitedly awaiting updates.

And despite the fact that several close family members, including Prince William and Prince Charles, have yet to meet the little royal, one of Harry's aunts was apparently quickly introduced to baby Archie.

Royal editor, Robert Jobson, has now revealed via Twitter that "Princess Diana's older sister Lady Jane Fellowes was one of the first family members to meet baby Archie #BabySussex":

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have already honored Harry's late mother, Princess Diana, in an Instagram post on Mother's Day. Sharing a photo of Meghan holding Archie's tiny feet in her palm, the picture's backdrop features Diana's favorite flowers-forget-me-nots-sending a clear message that Archie's grandmother will never be forgotten.

And now, with the news that Lady Jane Fellowes was one of the very first family members to be introduced to Archie Harrison, it seems that both Meghan and Harry are continually honoring Princess Diana. Fellowes's introduction to the little royal seems to signal just how important Diana will continue to be in Harry's life, especially now that he's welcomed a child of his own.
