Princess Diana’s Butler Says Prince William Will Support Prince Harry’s Press Lawsuit
Princess Diana’s butler, Paul Burrell, is saying Prince William will support Prince Harry during his lawsuit against the British press.
This contradicts a previous statement from royal reporter Richard Palmer, who said no one in the royal household is backing him.

Here’s a quick rundown: Prince Harry publicly released a statement targeting the British press’s bullying of his wife, Meghan Markle. Harry allegedly didn’t consult Prince William or the queen about his actions, and they reportedly turned their backs on him. It’s apparently become so bad that Harry and Meghan are considering moving to Canada. It’s a lot!
Now, Princess Diana’s butler, Paul Burrell, is saying William actually will be supporting Harry...despite previous reports. “The brothers have vowed that no one will be allowed unwanted access to those they love,” Paul told Us Weekly. “[Harry and Meghan] made it clear that they wish to live their lives their own way. They make their own decisions as a family and let very few people into their inner circle.”
A few days ago, the story was completely different. Daily Express royal reporter Richard Palmer previously claimed Harry and Meghan had absolutely no support from the royal household and their aides heavily disagreed with Harry’s actions. “Nobody in the Royal Family or the Royal Household is supporting Harry and Meghan at the moment,” Palmer tweeted earlier this week. “Even the couple’s aides seem embarrassed by their actions. William, who dropped his brother like a ton of hot bricks earlier this year, and Charles have distanced themselves.”

I’m pretty much sitting here thinking:
While it’s unclear whose story is the correct version of events, I can only hope that Harry and Meghan can rely on William and his wife, Kate Middleton, at the very least. It’s only an uphill battle from here!
