Last night, celebrities came out to fête the 50th anniversary of U.K. charity Centrepoint—including a pair of royals.

Princess Beatrice joined Prince William, patron of Centrepoint, at the gala. For the occasion, she matched a Cynthia Rowley dress with a pair of navy boots from Zara. A simple black coat, Cartier bracelet, and intricate headband finished off the look.

While there, Beatrice spent some time getting to know the other guests, including Rita Ora's mother, Vera. Vera later posted a selfie of the pair together (it can be seen by clicking through the slideshow below).

For his part, Prince William—wearing an uncharacteristically bold green velvet blazer— was photographed speaking with the younger Ora. The singer posted about the event too, and noted in the caption that she thoroughly enjoyed her brush with royalty. "It was an honour to meet his Royal Highness, Prince William and talk all things mental health and hearing all of these inspiring stories!!" Rita Ora wrote.

William was likely more than happy to speak about Centrepoint with fellow guests, as it's a cause close to his heart. In his speech at the event, he noted that it was his late mother, Princess Diana, who inspired him to champion organizations fighting homelessness. "Centrepoint was one of the first charities of which I became Patron, back in 2005," he said, per People. "I chose to do that because visiting Centrepoint’s services with my mother made such a lasting impression on me as a child. And it still makes a lasting impression on me today."
