It has been just over three months since Princess Beatrice and Edo Mapelli Mozzi tied the knot in a private ceremony at The Royal Chapel of All Saints in Windsor—but the bride is still taking the time to thank those who have sent them well-wishes. According to The Daily Mail, the royal wrote a personal thank-you card to share her appreciation for all of the congratulatory messages. "Thank you so much for the wonderful note you so kindly sent to us on the occasion of our wedding this summer at Royal Lodge," she wrote. "Edo and I had a magical day filled with special moments with our families."

Though the pair had to adjust their big day from a large affair to a 20-guest wedding in compliance with the COVID-19 social gathering guidelines, they still enjoyed every moment of their nuptials. "We are so grateful to all those who have worked hard to protect our communities over the last few months, we owe them so much," the bride continued in the card, which featured a photo of the newlyweds surrounded by flowers on the cover. "Thank you for thinking of us as we begin our married life. Beatrice and Edo x."

This isn't the first time Princess Beatrice has given her fans insight into her married life, however. Ahead of her nuptials, she took to Twitter to share her excitement about her new journey with Edo and later, the joy of getting to wear her "something borrowed" wedding dress. "Edo and I are so excited to embark on this new chapter together," she noted. She added in a more recent tweet: "It was an honour to wear my grandmother's beautiful dress on my wedding day, I hope many of you are able to visit the exhibition which is still open at Windsor Castle."

On her big day, Princess Beatrice wore the gown, which went on display at the Castle on September 24, along with another one of the Queen's pieces from her prized collection: the Queen Mary diamond fringe tiara. "The Queen saved this grand tiara specifically for Beatrice. It was always reserved for her as they are exceptionally close," a source previously told People, adding that the piece is "arguably the most sentimental [piece] lent from the Queen yet."
