People from all over the world have been sending their congrats to the couple, including Harry's older brother Prince William and his wife Kate Middleton. According to the palace, Kate and Will are "delighted" for the soon-to-be-parents. Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, are all very excited for Meghan and Harry, too.
Kate and Will obviously have three children of their own, and their youngest, Prince Louis, was born this spring. Meghan is due next spring, which means their baby and Louis might be less than a year apart.
Meghan is reportedly 12 weeks along, and she is "feeling well" after her 12-week scan, according to a source who spoke with People.
And, because it's basically a rite of passage for any royal baby, people are already starting to place bets on what the name will be. The current frontrunners are classic names like Alice, and ones with more sentimental value, like Diana.
Bookmakers Ladbrokes make Samantha a 100-1 outside bet for the royal baby name. Most bookies make traditional royal names eg Alice, Arthur, Philip, Victoria - and, of course, Diana - their early favourites.
