Prince William Goes For A Motorcyle Ride
The Tuesday morning after a long holiday weekend is always especially rough, but luckily Prince William is here to help rev all our engines today.
Ditching his usually buttoned-up look, the British royal channeled his inner bad boy for a visit to Triumph Motorcycles and MIRA Technology Park in England. While touring the motorbike facility, William also suited up to test drive the Triumph Tiger 1200 (aka a motorcycle) - posing for a quick photo op before (and during) his ride.
And while he sadly didn't go for a full-on head-to-toe leather ensemble, he still looked pretty badass in his biker look. (Aside from the shoe choice but hey, baby steps.)
As for his ride, he told reporters it was "very nice" and "not long enough." The 35-year-old has always had a penchant for riding motorcycles, but gave up his hobby after become a father to Prince George and Princess Charlotte. In the past, the Duchess of Cambridge has said she was filled with "horror" whenever William rode his motorbike.
The Prince's visit marked the opening of the Triumph Motorcycles Factory Visitor Experience, which houses its impressive collection of famous bikes - including Steve McQueen's in The Great Escape and those featured in Mission Impossible. He looked completely infatuated as he toured the bikes on display.
Most importantly, however, the visit proved Prince Harry isn't the only royal Brit with a bad boy side. This is a look we can get behind, Prince William. But maybe next time take it up a notch with a leather moto jacket.
