Prince Harry Will Still Support Youth Charity OnSide After Royal Exit

From Harper's BAZAAR

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to carry out their final engagement as senior royals this month. Although many changes will come into effect once they step down from their roles, the Sussexes are reportedly still committed to supporting the charities and causes that they're already working with.

The Duke of Sussex has been working with OnSide, a charity dedicated to supporting children and young people throughout the United Kingdom, for a number of years, and his commitment is set to continue. Per The Times, "Harry has told the OnSide charity, which has built 12 youth clubs in England, that he will continue to support its work. The charity plans to build a national network of clubs to keep children off the streets, away from knife crime and off their smartphones."

The charity's chairman, John Roberts, also told the Daily Mail's FEMAIL, "I can confirm that Harry has personally confirmed his continuing support for OnSide."

Back in November 2019, Harry took to the stage at the OnSide Awards in London. At the time, the prince told the crowd, "OnSide is an organization that’s still young, but as everybody here knows, you should never underestimate the power and influence of youth."
