From Town & Country

January 14 was a big day for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex: their first joint engagement of 2019. On the heels of the announcement that Meghan is taking on four new royal patronages, the Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry stepped out in Birkenhead to visit a few local organizations and to shine a spotlight on the area. Over the course of the day's events, the world got a little more insight into Meghan's due date (it's "around" April) and whether she is expecting a baby boy or girl this spring. But perhaps the most unexpected revelation of the morning had to do with Prince Harry.

As it turns out, the Duke of Sussex has a daily meditation practice. The Daily Mail's royal correspondent Rebecca English tweeted that at the appearance a 69-year-old Buddhist monk named Kelsang Sonam gave Prince Harry a copy of the book Eight Steps to Happiness, and upon receiving the gift, the Duke of Sussex told the well-wisher that he meditates every day.

Further, Prince Harry is known to take care of his personal health and wellbeing, even appearing on his official trip to Australia wearing an Oura Fitness and Sleep Tracking Titanium Ring. Clearly, the Duke of Sussex takes his health, in both body and mind, seriously.

And the Duchess of Sussex? She's focused on her well being as well, even reportedly waking up at 4:30 A.M. to fit in her daily yoga practice while on the same official visit to Australia.
