Prince Harry Responded to Kate Middleton and Prince William's Royal Baby News

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are busy preparing for their upcoming wedding next month, but before Harry becomes a groom, he's become a third-time uncle. Kate Middleton and Prince William welcomed their third child on Monday, and Harry had a sweet reaction to the news.

"The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry and members of both families have been informed and are delighted with the news," Kensington Palace revealed in a statement, after announcing that Middleton gave birth to a healthy baby boy.

Though the Tweet didn't mention his bride-to-be Meghan Markle, the likely reason is because she's not yet an official member of the royal family. It's safe to assume that Markle is likely equally delighted with the news.

It might not be too long until the new baby has playmates, courtesy of Uncle Harry and Aunt Meghan. As Katie Nicholl, royal expert and author of author of Harry: Life, Loss, and Love, revealed back in March, the soon-to-be newlyweds have kids on their mind.

"My sources are saying that Prince Harry, particularly, is very keen to start a family, pretty soon after the royal wedding," Nicholl said to Entertainment Tonight. "He's made no secret about wanting children."

The desire to have kids has a lot to do with his brother Prince William and Kate Middleton's brood.

"The reason he wanted Meghan to meet Prince George and Princess Charlotte was so she could see that—this would be hopefully replicated by them, that they would go on to have children," Nicholl said. "That you marry into the royal family, but that doesn't mean you can't have a regular family with cute children, and here are George and Charlotte to show that that can happen. That was really important to him."

Baby makes three in his brother's family, but only time will tell if they'll get cousins anytime soon.
