Prince Harry Reportedly Doesn't Want a Big, Fancy Wedding

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle haven't even announced their engagement yet—we don't even know if they are engaged—but the world's already planning a second Royal Wedding. Not that we blame people for getting excited: The Royal Family is essentially the closest thing we have to a fairytale, so of course it's fun to imagine what Prince Harry and Markle's big day would look like—that is, if they get married. Keep in mind all the rumors suggesting an engagement is around the corner could be complete rubbish.
Until we know for sure, though, there's nothing wrong with playfully indulging in the Royal Wedding Part Two theories circulating the web. And the latest one might disappoint people hoping for a lavish celebration à la Prince William and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge. Us Weekly reports Prince Harry wants a more low-key celebration than the one his big brother had six years ago.
"Pomp and pageantry is the last thing he would want," a source told the magazine. "I can see him wanting to get married at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle. It would stop it from turning into a total media circus and give the day a sense of privacy that Harry so badly craves."
But don't think this means Prince Harry and Markle's wedding wouldn't be a family affair. When asked if Queen Elizabeth would attend this supposedly chiller Royal Wedding, the source told Us Weekly, "Of course. No question."
Obviously, take this with a grain of salt; this is just an anonymous source talking to a celebrity weekly. And besides, it's important to remember context here: This is the Royals, we're talking about. A relaxed wedding from them would probably still be more opulent and fabulous than anything we could dream. It'd still be a fairytale—just, ya know, a slightly smaller one.
