If his body language is any indicator, Prince Harry is living his best life.

Body language expert Darren Stanton closely observed the 39-year-old royal's gestures and expressions when he attended the U.S. Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, this week. Speaking on behalf of Betfair Casino, Stanton revealed that the Duke of Sussex looked totally at ease. “When we see Prince Harry at the Grand Prix, this is a picture of Harry being his most relaxed self," Stanton said. "His arms are wide open, and he’s letting everyone in. He is on his own, but he's elated and being independent doesn't bother him."

Continued Stanton: "He displays such a genuine expression here. He's telling everyone he feels content, happy and just himself."

Stanton also noted that Prince Harry's typical habit of putting his hands in his pockets wasn't observed at this engagement. "Harry isn't feeling any stress or pressure, he's completely natural," he said. "It's showing he likes to muck in and let himself go."

In fact, Prince Harry is all smiles and fully engaged at the Grand Prix. Stanton said, "If you didn't know who it was, it would be like he was a part of the team himself."

Stanton also analyzed Harry's facial expressions, stating, "Throughout his appearance, his face has been engaged as he has been mixing with people. When he has been smiling, it's definitely genuine, there are no doubts there. If he was putting on a front, we wouldn't see Harry's whole face so invested.”

Stanton observed a similar demeanor from the prince just last month, when he attended a Wheelchair Basketball game with Meghan Markle, where it looked like the prince was “really excited to be there.” He said, “It's all very genuine, with lots of emotion of happiness and genuine joy. His whole face is engaged, and his eyes are lit up, which suggests the pure joy he is feeling. We also saw him speaking to a friend to his right.”

We love to see it.
