At last! Spectators and royal family fans alike got to witness a very sweet exchange between Prince Harry and his girlfriend, Meghan Markle, during the Invictus Games in Toronto this weekend.

Markle, who made her first official public appearance with Prince Harry this week, joined him again on Saturday, September 30, for day 8 of the Games, which seeks to bring recovery and attention to the Armed Forces.

The actress and the royal adorably cuddled up to each other as they watched the athletic event unfold from the stands. At one point, photographers captured the British royal affectionately leaning in to kiss Markle on the cheek. In another moment, she rested her head on his shoulder.

The same outing marked another sweet gesture from Markle’s end in support her boyfriend. The actress brought her mother, Doria Radlan, to the events on Saturday, where both women were spotted attentively watching the games unfold. The mother-daughter duo mingled with other guests in their suite.

Rumors of a possible royal engagement reached fever pitch last month when Harry and Markle set off to Africa together for her 36th birthday. However, if an actual engagement secretly took place, it will likely not be announced until Kensington Palace officially releases the news.

The couple started dating in 2016, and only most recently, Markle spoke out about her world-famous boyfriend. “I can tell you that at the end of the day I think it’s really simple,” the activist told Vanity Fair in a cover story. “We’re two people who are really happy and in love.”

She added, “We were very quietly dating for six months before it became news, and I was working during that whole time, and the only thing that changed was people’s perception. Nothing about me changed. I’m still the same person that I am, and I’ve never defined myself by my relationship.”
