This just in: Prince Harry has already arrived in the U.K. after flying from California to London to visit his father, King Charles, who is receiving treatment following his recent cancer diagnosis.

According to People, the Duke of Sussex touched down in London earlier this morning after learning about his father’s health earlier this week. In a photo taken by James Manning, two black SUVs believed to be carrying the royal spare arrived from Heathrow Airport at Clarence House, where the king currently resides.

Other snaps shared by BBC (see here) show Harry looking out the car window while wearing a dark blue shirt and black jacket.

Another photo taken later in the day at the residence shows King Charles leaving Clarence House with his wife, Queen Camilla (presumably after briefly seeing his son, Harry). Below, His Majesty smiles and waves at photographers standing outside of the royal residence. Meanwhile, the queen flashes a subtle smile, appearing calm amid her husband’s health update.

Judging from the photos taken, it appears that Harry has traveled to London without his wife, Meghan Markle, or their two children, Archie, 4, and Lilibet, 2. However, an unnamed source close to the royal family exclusively told People that they hope the Duke of Sussex will “bring the grandchildren at some point too, as that would be lovely for all of them.”

People previously reported that the monarch personally told his two sons, Prince Harry and Prince William, about his diagnosis. He also informed his three siblings—Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward—about the news as well.

Yesterday, Buckingham Palace shared a new statement on the royal family’s Instagram account, revealing the king has been diagnosed with cancer. The cancer was discovered while the king was receiving treatment for his enlarged prostate. During this time, King Charles will refrain from doing any public engagements, but will “continue to undertake State business and official paperwork as usual.”

The statement, paired with a striking portrait of the king, continued, “The King is grateful to his medical team for their swift intervention, which was made possible thanks to his recent hospital procedure. He remains wholly positive about his treatment and looks forward to returning to full public duty as soon as possible.”

With the Duke of Sussex back in London, we (and other royal fans) can’t help but wonder: Are we going to get a reunion between Prince Harry and Prince William? For now, we're not sure. But one can only hope.
