Prince Harry Moved to Canada to Protect Archie Harrison From England’s “Negativity and Tension”
Part of the reason Prince Harry moved to Canada was to protect his son, Archie Harrison.
In addition to protecting Meghan Markle, Harry wanted to shield Archie from England’s negative energy.
It’s no secret that Prince Harry is doing everything in his power to protect his family at the moment. Like...surely by now, you’ve heard of his and Meghan Markle’s stepping back from their royal duties so they can stay safe and live a more private life! But as much as their decision was influenced by Harry wanting Meghan to avoid a fate similar to his late mother, Princess Diana, the same goes for bb Archie Harrison too.
According to an Us Weekly source, Harry’s move to Canada was a protective measure to make sure Archie is surrounded by good energy only. “He wants to shield his son from the negativity and tension he would’ve been exposed to back in England,” the source says, while a second insider added that Harry “knows what it’s like to grow up in the spotlight, and he wants to give Archie the most normal upbringing possible.”
Looking back, this is a similar sentiment that Harry expressed when he announced his lawsuit against Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday’s publishers. Harry filed the lawsuit because Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday bullied Meghan countless times in the press, and he feared that she could potentially end up like Di. He wrote:
“There comes a point when the only thing to do is to stand up to this behaviour, because it destroys people and destroys lives. Put simply, it is bullying, which scares and silences people. We all know this isn’t acceptable, at any level. We won’t and can’t believe in a world where there is no accountability for this.
“Though this action may not be the safe one, it is the right one. Because my deepest fear is history repeating itself. I’ve seen what happens when someone I love is commoditized to the point that they are no longer treated or seen as a real person. I lost my mother and now I watch my wife falling victim to the same powerful forces.”
The good news is that now that Harry, Meghan, and Archie are in Canada, the chances of anything like this happening are incredibly slim. Happy to know that they are enjoying their new life overseas!
