The second volume of Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan's docuseries promises to deliver.

In a new trailer for Harry & Meghan, released by Netflix this morning, the Sussexes talk about what led to their royal exit, with Harry also discussing how he was treated differently from his brother, the future king of the United Kingdom, Prince William.

"I wonder what would've happened to us had we not got out when we did," Harry says.

"Our security was being pulled. Everyone in the world knew where we were," Meghan adds.

"I said, 'We need to get out of here,'" Harry recalls, before an iPhone clip of him flying out of England, presumably to Canada (where he and Meghan stayed for a while after stepping down from their roles as senior royals), is shown. "We are on the freedom flight," he says in the phone video.

Harry and Meghan, plus friends and experts who appear in the series, explain that it was the constant attacks on their character and relationship—both from the media and, seemingly, from Buckingham Palace—that made them decide to leave the royal family.

"I wasn't being thrown to the wolves, I was being fed to the wolves," Meghan says.

"To see this institutional gaslighting … ," Harry says. "They were happy to lie to protect my brother. They were never willing to tell the truth to protect us."

Toward the end of the teaser, scenes from their daily lives with their two kids, as a normal, happy family now living in California, are shown.

"In order for us to be able to move to the next chapter, you gotta finish the first chapter," Harry says.

"It gave us a chance to create that home that we had always wanted," Meghan says.

"I've always felt as though this was a fight worth fighting for," Harry adds.

Harry & Meghan Volume I is streaming now on Netflix. Volume II premieres December 15.
