Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Just Landed a Queen Elizabeth-Approved Wedding Venue

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are wasting no time planning their royal wedding. In fact, they’ve already locked in a wedding venue.

The couple will marry at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle in May 2018, according to Kensington Palace’s official Twitter account. The royal family will foot the bill for the ceremony and reception, so Markle’s strut down the aisle will probably be just as glamorous as Kate Middleton’s.

The announcement came just one day after Prince Harry and Markle announced their engagement, but landing the venue was no easy task. In order to set a date in the royal chapel, the queen had to grant them permission, and we can only imagine how that conversation went down.

The good news is Prince William and Duchess Kate’s third child is due in early April, giving the royal family more than enough time to fit him or her in a page boy or flower girl outfit.
