Finding Freedom, the book about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's exit from their royal roles by authors and royal reporters Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, has barely been out a year, but given its headline-making subjects, it's hardly a surprise that juicy new details have already been revealed since its debut last summer. In light of that, the authors are issuing an updated version of the book (out August 31) including a brand new epilogue covering the couple's dramatic year, including details of their primetime interview with Oprah, the birth of baby Lilibet, and their "heartbreak" over the death of Prince Philip this spring.

Amongst the new information is also a look at the royals' charmingly ordinary celebration for their second anniversary, which reportedly included a nostalgic look back at their 2018 royal wedding, Mexican takeout, and gifts made from cotton—the traditional symbol of the second anniversary.

"With restaurant outing off-limits, the couple had to get a little creative in May for their second-anniversary festivities at home, spending part of the day looking back at their 2018 with a number of people who had been part of the wedding festivities, including vendors that had helped bring their magical Windsor Castle ceremony to life," the authors write. "They capped off the day with a Southern Californian favorite: Mexican food ordered from a popular local restaurant, washed down with margaritas (alcoholic for him, nonalcoholic for her). For gifts, they exchanged cotton-based items, as the tradition suggests."

A night in with takeout and margaritas? Maybe the royals really are just like the rest of us.
