The Sussexes are expanding their Archewell team.

Announced today, award-winning producer Ben Browning has joined Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan's nonprofit organization as the head of content overseeing Archewell Productions and Archewell Audio. Browning is expected to work closely alongside Netflix and Spotify to help bring Archewell's respective creative partnerships with the video and audio streaming giants—including television shows, films, and podcasts—to life. Browning was nominated this year for an Academy Award, BAFTA Award, and PGA Award for his work producing the acclaimed Promising Young Woman, starring Carey Mulligan. He also previously executive-produced the HBO limited series I Know This Much Is True, starring Mark Ruffalo.

"The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have founded a next-generation production company with best-in-class distribution partners in Netflix and Spotify, a clear agenda to inform and entertain, and an unparalleled global reach," said Browning in a statement. "From the moment they shared their vision for Archewell as a global production company that will spotlight diverse voices and share uplifting stories, I knew I wanted to help with this unique opportunity. It's a thrilling company to be starting."

In addition to Browning's new role, Archewell is also expected to partner with the social impact and culture change agency Invisible Hand, helmed by Genevieve Roth, to focus on the how the foundation will achieve "strategic change through storytelling and community building in support of gender and racial equity."

Though it was previously reported that Archewell's chief of staff, Catherine St-Laurent, was leaving the organization, St-Laurent's role within the nonprofit has merely transitioned. She will now serve in a senior advisory role for Archewell, joining an esteemed group of U.K.- and U.S.-based colleagues who provide organization guidance to both the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and their team with Archewell's goings-on, BAZAAR.com has learned. James Holt, a longtime employee of Harry and Meghan's, has been promoted to executive director of Archewell Foundation.

"Archewell is incredibly pleased to welcome Ben, Genevieve, and the Invisible Hand team to the organization," said Archewell's global press secretary, Toya Holness, in a statement. "Along with the appointment of James Holt as executive director of Archewell Foundation, they join a rapidly expanding team that's deeply dedicated to advancing systemic cultural change and supporting compassionate communities across the world."
