From Town & Country

Brace yourselves: there may soon be photos of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle with Beyoncé.

Harry and Meghan are scheduled to attend the European premiere of The Lion King on July 14. And before he heads in to see the film, they'll meet "some of the cast," per royal reporter Omid Scobie. The cast, in case you have been living under a Beyoncé-proof rock, includes Queen Bey alongside a slew of other stars: Donald Glover, Seth Rogen, Keegan-Michael Key, and Chiwetel Ejiofor, just to name a few.

So the royal couple will likely pose for photographs alongside some of Hollywood's brightest stars—and royal watchers can keep their fingers crossed for Beyoncé.

Queen Bey fans will remember that Beyoncé and Jay-Z have previously referenced Meghan in their work. In February, the couple sent a video to the BRIT Awards in lieu of attending. The clip referenced their "Apeshit" music video, but replaced the Mona Lisa with a portrait of Meghan Markle. "In honor of Black History Month, we bow down to one of our Melanated Monas," the caption read. "Congrats on your pregnancy! We wish you so much joy."

Even if it's all about Beyoncé for the rest of us, Harry and Meghan's attendance at the premiere is in support of their conservation efforts. Disney has recently launched a campaign in tandem with The Lion King called #ProtectThePride, which aims to support the struggling lion population in Africa. Per Scobie, they'll meet with representatives from conservation-minded organizations in addition to the film's cast.

This fall, Harry will likely continue his conservation efforts alongside Meghan Markle and baby Archie. The whole family is set to undertake a royal tour of South Africa, with Harry also slated to travel to Malawi, Angola, and Botswana. Although a full itinerary has yet to be confirmed, in the past, both Harry and his brother Prince William have endeavored to support environmentalist efforts in Africa.

Sadly, Beyoncé definitely won't be joining the royals for the trip.
