Prince George Is Captain of the High Seas at the King's Cup Regatta (but His 2 Front Teeth Are Nowhere to Be Found)

Prince George may have just turned 6 years old, but he's already a sailing pro (or, at least, he definitely looks the part).

Joining his mom, dad and sister at the King's Cup Regatta today, and sporting a new post-vacation tan from their recent family holiday to Mustique, George and one of his friends watched Kate Middleton and Prince William compete against each other at the charity sailing tournament.

George dressed the part in a captain's hat, navy and white striped polo and life vest (safety first, Your Highness!) as he showed off his missing two front teeth to the cameras.

George was joined by his BFF (we're assuming he brought a friend from school along for the tournament) and his grandparents on his mom's side, Carole and Michael Middleton.

The two looked thrilled to be at the helm. Although, at one point, George either got a bit seasick or pulled an Ernest Hemingway and decided to contemplate life and its meaning while looking over the stern.

Chin up, Your Majesty!

Princess Charlotte was also on board to watch her parents compete as skippers in the sailing competition. Like her brother, she took the nautical theme to heart and wore a blue and white striped dress by Ralph Lauren Kids. At one point, Prince George looked a bit shy as he peered around from the cockpit. Maybe he suddenly decided to play coy for the cameras?

Whatever the case, we'd like to propose an addition to George's already extensive resume: king of the ship (only fitting for the future king of the Commonwealth, obvi).
