"Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin" Adds Bailee Madison & OG Cast Are Thrilled

On July 27, Bailee Madison was announced as the newest cast addition to Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin – and just hours later some of the original Liars have already given her their stamp of approval.

After news of Bailee's casting broke, Lucy Hale and Shay Mitchell took to social media to congratulate the incoming Liar. Responding to the post that Bailee had made, Lucy wrote, “I’m so proud of you Bailee. You deserve all amazing things in life & I support you always !!! Go get em mama.” Meanwhile, Shay added, “Congrats babe!” and a heart emoji.
A modern reboot of the beloved series, Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin is said to be a “dark” present-day reiteration of the original. The series is slated to premiere on HBO Max, though no date has yet been announced. As reported by Deadline, Bailee will take on the role of Imogen, one of the main Liars, who is described as “a true survivor” and “final girl.”
Bailee is set to star alongside Chandler Kinney and Maia Reficco, who will take on the roles of horror movie aficionado and aspiring film director Tabby and Noa, a high school track star who spent the summer at juvenile detention.
