Presenting: Every Single One of Taylor Swift's Chiefs Game Appearances

Due to Taylor Alison Swift, Sunday nights are now spent pretending to understand football and trepidatiously clicking on scary websites (the NFL store) to find "cute merch." And Taylor is clearly committed to being Travis Kelce's #1 fan. Like, truly preparing myself for her showing up to the Super Bowl with a foam finger at this point. (Before you ask, we did the math, and yes she can fully make it to Las Vegas from Tokyo, thanks to the time difference working in her favor.)

Anyway, as we emotionally and physically prepare for the Super Bowl on February 11, it's time to look back on Taylor's many, many, mannnnny NFL appearances. Like, the time she wore Travis's jersey number on a friendship bracelet at Arrowhead Stadium. Or the time she fully panicked when she thought Travis got hurt. Or, you know, the time she kissed Travis on the field in front of dozens of cameras. It's all just a lot in the best way possible, so we're putting every Taylor x NFL appearance in one place for you to stare at.

September 24, 2023

Amid burgeoning dating rumors, Taylor randomly shows up at Travis's football game and is photographed hanging out with his mom, Donna Kelce.

Naturally, the internet simply doesn't know what to do with itself.

FYI Taylor's appearance comes just days after Travis said this on a podcast: "I told her, 'I've seen you rock the stage at Arrowhead. You might have to come see me rock the stage at Arrowhead and see which one's a little more lit.' So we'll see what happens in the near future."

At this point, fans still aren't sure if Taylor and Travis are dating, but they are spotted leaving the game together.

October 1, 2023

People are convinced Taylor will show up to Travis's game at MetLife Stadium due to its proximity to New York City, and they...are...correct! And she doesn't just "show up." She SHOWS UP—with an entire entourage of celebs including Blake Lively, Sabrina Carpenter, Ryan Reynolds, Sophie Turner, Antoni Porowski, and Hugh Jackman.

During the game, lip readers catch Taylor saying "look at him" and then "that's him" (presumably about Travis!) to her friends:

But at the same time, I'm not running away from any of it. Taylor—who is on a prolonged break from the Eras Tour—hits up the Chiefs vs. Bills game and is pumped per usual:

Either way, she and Travis ended the night with a party and a kiss that ended me, you, everyone.

And psst: This appearance comes right before Taylor's birthday, and right after she clarified her and Travis' timeline to TIME Magazine (while casually being named Person of the Year).

"This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell," she explains. "We started hanging out right after that. So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other. By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple. I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game? We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date."

Taylor also chats about being on camera during games, saying, "I don’t know how they know what suite I'm in. There's a camera, like, a half-mile away, and you don’t know where it is, and you have no idea when the camera is putting you in the broadcast, so I don't know if I’m being shown 17 times or once. I'm just there to support Travis. I have no awareness of if I'm being shown too much and pissing off a few dads, Brads, and Chads."

Taylor shows up to the Chiefs vs. Patriots game with her dad, Scott Swift, who is fully DECKED OUT in gear.

It's Christmas Day, so naturally, Taylor shows up wearing a Santa hat—joined by her brother, Austin Swift, who is quite literally dressed in an entire Santa outfit, complete with a sack of presents. And yes, Taylor's hat has Travis's jersey number embroidered on it:

Sadly for Chiefs fans, the team loses this game—and Travis says on his New Heights podcast that Christmas was "f*cking the worst," as a result—before adding: "But it ended well. It ended well with good Christmas cheer and great people. That's always gonna save Christmas no matter if you lose to the Raiders or not." One of those great people? Tay, we presume!
