It's officially that time of year, folks! Spotify Wrapped is finally here and we've got all the deets on everything you need to know about this year's roundup, including how to access your stats, the different ways in which you can share the app's findings, and all the new features Spotify had up its sleeve this year. When does Spotify Wrapped come out?
Based on your group messages, Slack posts, and general social media ~vibes~, you may have deduced that today (yes, today) is Spotify Wrapped Day™️. And you'd be right! It officially kicked off at 8 a.m. EST on November 29—which, if you were wondering, is a day earlier than the November 30 launch in 2022 and two days prior to the December 1 reveal in 2021. The more you know!
'Kay, so how can I view my Spotify Wrapped?
Regardless of whether you have an iOS or Android device, you can access your Wrapped in the Spotify app—just make sure it's updated to the latest version!
When you launch your updated app, the Wrapped experience will immediately populate on your home screen in a number of ways (see the image below for reference). Once you click it, you'll be able to view an Instagram Story-esque slideshow of your top artists, songs, genres, podcasts, and more.
Plus, you'll also get to view other insights, including how many minutes you spent listening to music and how your streaming habits compare to those of others all around the world. (P.S. You can also find the experience on the top bar of your app where it says the word "Wrapped" *and* for the first time, you can even view it via desktop at Spotify.com/Wrapped.)
Once Spotify is done telling you waaaaaay too much about yourself (I truly didn't need to know that I listened to "Mistletoe" that many times back in April, thx), you'll be given the option to share your results on social media and listen to a playlist of your top songs from 2023.

So Spotify didn't quite share intel on this for the 2023 Wrapped experience. However!! This year, the streamer's listening window is guesstimated to have been from January 1 through "a few weeks before launch," per USA Today.

Sount Town: This feature matches you to a city where people shared similar streaming habits.
Me in 2023: You're assigned to one of 12 streaming habits that defined your music listening this year. Some of the options include Vampire ("you listen to emotional, atmospheric music more than most"), Alchemist ("you create more playlists than others"), Luminary ("you may light, upbeat music more than others"), Shapeshifter ("you’re quick to move from one artist to the next"), and more. Video messages from your favorite artists: Yep, and according to Spotify, over 40,000 creators—including Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny, Peso Pluma, Dolly Parton, and SZA—submitted thank you tributes to fans for listening to their work.
Wrapped Feed: With this curated addition, it's easy to find everything having to do with your Spotify Wrapped results, from best of editorial playlists and merch from your top artists to their concerts near you.
Spotify’s AI DJ: Available for the first week after launch, this feature guides listeners through their personalized Wrapped.
Wrapped Blend: Users can invite friends to create a Blend to combine everyone's top songs from this year into one shared playlist.
Connect to Your Virtual Assistant Software: This year, you're able to experience your top 2023 songs via the higher powers that be (read: virtual assistant software) by asking Alexa, Google Assistant, and Siri to play them.
