Pregnant Vanessa Hudgens Debuts Baby Bump in Vera Wang Couture Dress on Oscars 2024 Red Carpet

Vanessa Hudgens brought maternity glamour to the 96th Academy Awards, better known as the Oscars, on Sunday in Los Angeles. The actress, who is expecting her first child with husband Cole Tucker, debuted her baby bump in a black floor-length gown by Vera Wang Couture.
Hudgens’ dress featured long sleeves, a high-neck silhouette and a flared skirt that transitioned into a tail. For accessories, she wore an 18-karat white gold necklace featuring a 10.06-carat pear-shaped yellow diamond from Chopard, which also provided her diamond earrings and rings.

Hudgens was styled by Jason Bolden, who also works with Nicole Kidman, Cynthia Erivo, Storm Reid and Michael B. Jordan.
This was Hudgens’ third time hosting the pre-Oscars show, which highlights the Oscars 2024 nominees and main looks from the red carpet prior to the main ceremony. Cohosted by Julianne Hough, who wore an Alexandre Vauthier jumpsuit, the show aired on ABC News.
In previous years, Hudgens has also worn black on the Oscars red carpet, donning a cutout sequined frock by Michael Kors Collection in 2022 and an Old Hollywood glamour-inspired Chanel dress in 2023.
Hudgens, who rose to fame in the early 2000s with her work in the “High School Musical” franchise, married baseball player Cole Tucker in December 2023 in a private ceremony. For her wedding, the actress wore another Vera Wang creation; a cowl neck slipdress in white with a dramatic sheer veil.
The 96th Academy Awards is the most anticipated awards show in Hollywood. Ryan Gosling, Billie Eilish and more stars are slated to perform Best Original Song nominations.
