TikTok user's @Saltiegrandma recent adoption of a beautiful one-eyed Pit-bull is a perfect example. Witnessing the joy of the dog as she settles into her new home is truly touching.

She got the zoomies after her bath! We weren't the only ones to notice this, and @Katrina commented, "Dogs only get the zoomies if they feel safe, she immediately felt safe with you." Awwww, our hearts! @Medusa reminds Indie's owners of The Threes, and says, "Never forget the rule of 3’s - 3 days to decompress, 3 weeks to understand a routine, and 3 months to know she’s home." @Laurenf adds, "So we need more indie content like now."

She only had one day left until she was euthanized! Audrey got her just in the knick of time! @Spacequeso commented, "AS SOON as you said she had 1 day, I cried so many tears. She’s perfect." @Keilymar adds, "Thank you for saving her. You gave her another chance in life & she'll prove to you she's worth it!"
It's as if fate intervened when Audrey finally found Indie. After a long search and waiting for the right dog to come along, she stumbled upon Indie just in the nick of time. The fact that Indie was so close to being put down only adds to the mystifying beauty of their chance encounter. It's a testament to the unpredictable ways of the world and the power of love and compassion.
We wish Audrey and Indie nothing but the longest, happiest life together, filled with plenty of walks and countless belly rubs.
