POV: Nathan Florence Surfs Shark Island

It looks like Nathan Florence has been having a hell of a lot of fun traveling this summer.

From South Africa's J-Bay to Sumatra in Indo, and now to Australia, he's basically been getting endless barrels and having fun with friends and family.

In this latest edit from Shark Island in Oz, we get a front-row perspective from Florence's POV as he navigates the wave with clear enthusiasm while hooting and hollering for the other people in the lineup.

The reef break is located about a hundred meters off of Cronulla Beach in New South Wales. It's a pretty heavy wave popular with bodyboarders and known for the rock ledge that causes the wave to jack up and create a steep drop.

Looks like the guys had fun, and viewers definitely had fun watching it too.

Check out some of the comments:

"Always epic stuff, each upload is a gem, keep killing it brother"

"That moment at 11:23-11:24 when the barrel ledges up, oh my gosh - beautifully caught by the GoPro, and a good catch to stay on yer feet"

"Best view in surfing, that frontside drop into a spinning blue gaschamber"

"Nothing like a good day and the line up is positive and stoking out for each other, whoops, hoots and hollers."
