Will Poulter and Richard E. Grant Join Death of a Unicorn Cast

Alex Scharfman has just wrapped on his directorial debut, Death of a Unicorn, which stars Paul Rudd and Jenna Ortega as father/daughter duo, Riley and Elliot, who hit a unicorn with their car and bring it to the wilderness retreat of a mega-wealthy pharmaceutical CEO.

Richard E. Grant, Téa Leoni, Will Poulter, Anthony Carrigan, Sunita Mani, Jessica Hynes and Stephen Park also join the cast.

The production comes from A24 and was able to to shoot over the summer under an interim agreement from SAG-AFTRA, who are currently on strike.

Executive producers on the project include David Darby, Jacob Epstein, Nate Kamiya and director Ari Aster (Hereditary, Midsommar, Beau is Afraid), as well as Paul Rudd and Jenna Ortega.

Larry Fong of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, Kong: Skull Island, and Now You See Me joins the crew as Director of Photography, while Halloween's John Carpenter will compose music for the film alongside his son, Cody Carpenter and Daniel A. Davies.
