A Laporte bakery and restaurant is expanding its reach — and production capabilities — in Northern Colorado.

Me Oh My, which serves up pie, coffee, various baked goods and breakfast and lunch dishes, opened a new location at 280 E. 29th St. in Loveland on Sept. 10, according to owner Caitlin Philp.

Philp started selling pies in 2012 and opened Me Oh My's first brick-and-mortar shop in an old 900-square-foot former Laporte gas station a year later. In 2017, the shop moved into its bright, shiny and newly-built home at 3310 W. County Road 54G.

Even after tripling its operating space, the business was not immune to growing pains.

"We were just so busy in Laporte," Philp said. "We physically couldn't fit another human in the kitchen to keep up with demand."

The Me Oh My team started discussing a second location to ease the congestion around the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and secured a spot in Loveland's Orchards Shopping Center last year.

The new, 2,000-square-foot space is mainly being used as a production space, where Philp and her team bake and prepare goods to be sold at the Laporte location.

The Loveland location serves up a more limited menu compared to its Laporte predecessor, focusing more on grab-and-go baked goods and easily heatable items like breakfast burritos, soup and biscuits and gravy. It seats 25 people, Philp said.

Me Oh My Loveland is open daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
