When it comes to the holidays, there’s an almost infinite amount of prep you could do. For Thanksgiving, depending on how many people you’re feeding, much of that prep is spent in the kitchen. That’s part of why Popeyes has been a somewhat unexpected hero over the past couple of years. A few years ago, the fast food chain began offering a fully cooked turkey that just needed to be thawed and reheated.

Now, Popeyes is back with the popular turkey for the third year. And like last year, the chain has made it even easier to get your hands on one of the legitimately tasty birds. Not only can you order the Cajun-Style Turkey in-store, but you can also order it online for delivery.

How to Get Popeyes Cajun-Style Turkey

Delivery is available as of October 9, which means if you were already hoping Popeyes would offer the turkey again you can purchase yours now by visiting Popeyes' turkey-specific site. The turkey will take one to three business days to arrive after getting shipped and will arrive frozen.

Turkeys ordered online cost $99 including shipping, though you’ll still need to pay any applicable tax. If that’s a little steep for you, you may be able to save a little dough if your local Popeyes is selling the birds. In years past, turkeys purchased directly from the store have been significantly cheaper.

In-store ordering at participating Popeyes locations begins October 17. You’ll need to call or visit in person to find out if your location has the special feature available.

The turkey is hand-rubbed and infused with Popeyes Louisiana-style seasoning. It’ll take about three days to fully thaw in the refrigerator and will take about two hours to cook, so be sure to plan ahead.

While the turkey doesn't come with any side dishes, you can always make your family's favorite Thanksgiving sides at home—or order those from Popeyes, too if you really don’t want the stress of cooking.
