Pop-up Christmas bar set to take over Fort Collins restaurant
One Fort Collins restaurant is getting ready to deck the halls as it plays host to an internationally touring pop-up Christmas bar this holiday season.
Miracle, a Christmas-themed pop-up cocktail bar, will open at The Post Chicken & Beer, 1002 S. College Ave., Nov. 20 — bringing its kitschy Christmas décor and themed holiday cocktails. It will also sell Santa and Christmas-themed mugs. After the pop-up bar closes Dec. 31, Miracle will donate 10% of the proceeds from its mug sales to the Seva Foundation, a global nonprofit eyecare organization.
Miracle started in New York City in 2014 and has hosted pop-ups across the U.S., in Canada, Europe, Asia and Central America, according to its website. Other Miracle pop-ups are currently located in Colorado Springs, Denver, Estes Park, Golden and Louisville.
Reservations at Fort Collins' Miracle pop-up can be made through OpenTable.
