Months after moving out of her Huntington Beach, California home, and later placing the three-bedroom house on Airbnb, Jasmine Roth is officially selling her former home. The host of HGTV's Hidden Potential revealed the news on social media, writing "In case you missed it, yesterday we listed our Southern California house for sale."

Roth also penned a heartfelt blog post explaining the reason behind the sale of the gorgeous, Cape Cod style home. She explained that both herself and her husband Brett Roth have been asked numerous times about selling their home of seven years.

"But after a few more people asked us, we started to discuss it and well… here we are," Roth revealed in her blog post. "We both sorta looked at each other and then really just decided to GO FOR IT! We’ve listed the house with our longtime friend and real estate agent, and we’ll just have to see how it goes."

The 2,874 square feet, Huntington Beach home is currently listed for an impressive $2.2 million. It features three bedrooms and three and a half baths, and according to Roth it "can be sold furnished and is completely turn-key."

In September of this year, the HGTV star revealed to House Beautiful just how "attached" she is to the home, which is the first house she built with her company Built Custom Homes.

"I'm very attached to the house and the thought of selling it made me so upset that I was like, I can't sell it," Roth previously told House Beautiful.

Roth and her family currently live just a stones throw away from their former home in Huntington Beach.
