Which pizza in Westchester, Rockland is among New York's best, according to Yelp?
Who has the Lower Hudson Valley's best pizza?"Best," after all, is subjective. But if you follow The Washington Post, which recently put out a map to look up the best pizza in your state, broken down into styles as determined by Yelpers, you'll find a few familiar names on the list.

Since Westchester, Rockland and Putnam always compete with Manhattan (and NYC's beloved John's) for culinary attention, it's nice to see Mercato Roman Pizza in Tappan get kudos for "Best Roman Pizza," and Beekman Ale House in Sleepy Hollow get attention for its thin-crust "Best Tavern Pizza."
Others on the list include Emily West Village for its "Best Detroit Pizza" and Lombardi's Pizza for "Best New York Pizza."

In Rockland, the race was super tight with Rocco's in New City winning the hearts of lohud readers. Dee Maria's in Valley Cottage came in close behind and Norcina in New City was a contender.
Dare we say it may be time for another reader poll? Especially now that Pizza Fenice and famed pizzaioli owner John Gristina opened in Pelham? Plus Daniel Nizzardini just opened Pizzetiéllo in Pearl River.
